Purchase and Return Policy

We are not responsible for for any lost or stolen item(s). Once it leaves our possession, we cannot control how the product is handled or stored. If candle orders are made later in the week, we will mail out at the beginning of the following week so nothing is stored overnight in mail trucks or in areas that could potentially melt the candles. 

On a case by case scenario, if you have an issue with your item(s), please let us know immediately upon receiving your item(s). We will try to rectify the issue. Please use the "Contact Us" forum below. 

Soaps and Bath items cannot be returned!

Custom Made Items - We will strive to help you in getting the best items. No Returns on custom made items. You may reach out through the "Contact Us" forum below if you feel that you have clear reasoning of why your custom made item can be returned, then we can discuss. 

In-Person/Vendor Shows - all sales are final when items are purchased at shows.
